- How much does a salon suite cost at BB Beauty Suites?
- Weekly rent sits in the $200–$400 range typical for mid-size Texas markets, with utilities, Wi-Fi, climate, laundry, and 24/7 access included. Exact pricing for open suites is shared on inquiry.
- What's the lease term?
- Month-to-month or short-term annual — never a five-year commercial lease. The model is built so independent stylists can scale up or down without being locked in.
- What's included in the rent?
- A private lockable suite with sink and storage, salon-grade lighting and mirrors, utilities, Wi-Fi, climate, shared client lounge, free downtown parking, and 24/7 building access.
- Who can rent a suite?
- Licensed hair stylists, colorists, estheticians, lash and brow techs, and nail pros who carry their own liability insurance. Suite rental is independent-contractor work.
