How to choose the right stylist for what you want

The single biggest predictor of a happy haircut is whether the stylist has done a version of what you're asking for before. What to expect on your first visit

1. Arrive 5 minutes early. Park on Broadway or in the public lot on N. College. Take the stairs (or the elevator) to the second floor at 235 S. Broadway and find Suite 260.
2. The lounge is yours. There's coffee, water, and a place to sit. Your stylist will come out to grab you when they're ready.
3. Consultation first, scissors second. Even on a regular cut, plan on 2–3 minutes of "show me what you've been doing and what you want different." Bring photos.
